Dad owned and operated Chuck and Peg's Spudnut on 1st and Pike in downtown Seattle during the late 60's. When we retired from our 9-5'ers and needed to do something with our time of day, we sat around the dining table and went over all the things we've done and asked ourselves what we enjoyed most in life and would like to do. Well, it was unanimous. Those sweet treats and the aroma of warm baking bread just lingers in the soul. We sighed, aaahhhh yes, and then with business planning and recipe research here we are now. Thanks Dad.
